A friend here is planning on renting out his house. He is asking if he will be required to claim the rent he charges as income and file taxes here? My guess is few if any foreigners here and their spouse claim and pay taxes.
A friend on mine has a duplex and a beach house he rent's out and has to pay tax. How much I don't know.
