Sofronio, could be, but of course a stronger dollar would get you more pesos, the opposite of the trend some people were worried about. My only point is that there are some indicators (including yours) not to fear a big downturn in the exchange rate.
The Dollar will eventually go down, no question about it and rather sooner than later but the Peso will probably lose as well being coupled to the Dollar...

When I first moved to Thailand I was getting 45 baht to the dollar. whenI decided to leave I was getting 30. thats why I left looks like we're following the same suit here.
