    if you live in dumaguete and using the services of dumaguete water district, you can contact them and have your septic tank siphoned for free or maybe pay a minimal fee...

    Does siphoned mean that they suck on the pipe here ?. shitty job i think

    Actually, There is a provision in the monthly water charges to cover this, there should be no other charge made, ( maybe only for the crew snacks! if you are in agood mood and they don't make a mess.:p

    We have just had ours pumped out by dumaguete water district,you have to go there and fill in some forms and pay the php 2200 fee and draw diagram where you live and they will travel anywhere in the area. Nice bunch of guys who were helpful and polite and most of all cleaned up very well.
    They will also pump your tank for free if in the city but only every 3 yrs,if more often you have to pay.
    Very good service
