The time has came again. Needing a helper. Requirements: 18-25 year old female. Prior experience as a helper. Ability to cook, clean and do laundry. Preferred ability to drive scooter. References a big plus. 1500 pesos starting salary. 13 month pay, I pay half of medical insurance if desired by helper, if declined medical expenses are responsibility of helper. Salary increases based on performance. No children in the house. Only one foreigner and gf. Work load is light. Coffee and boiled eggs in the morning and filipino food for lunch, usually gone in afternoon. Clean in the morning and keep laundry clean. Throw a couple bananas to the monkey every day. I supply food and basic living requirements. Phone load and beauty products are NOT supplied. Large bedroom and private bathroom for helper. Motorcycle provided for work if helper has a valid drivers license. Swimming pool and Internet available when not working.
I know firefly.....i know. I guess I should lower my expectations. Helper wanted: can you make water hot, poor 3-in-one prepackaged coffee into it and stir? Can you boil an egg? Can you make pancit or chicken adobo? If not it's ok, I'll teach you. I can also teach how to use those tricky devices called a broom and a mop. Basic requirement: have a pulse, be able to speak a language (which one doesn't matter), don't steal (too much). If you can't cook, clean and do laundry you had better be cute.
Suppose she has already the skills you mentioned and besides do match the final line in your posting, how do you call such a filipina, a cute, smart, clever one or; just curious. But for sure like the detailed explanation of the basically requirements. So, still more fun in the PH.
If my gf says, "you can't hire her", she's cute. If the girl is attending college and using the job to help pay for the schooling, she is smart. If the girl manages to negotiate a higher salary than my gf gets, she's cleaver (and probably cute).
compare and contrast Congrats, now....how does she compare to your original post? We have had a hard time finding someone for cooking and cleaning. Have one person for that now but she could use some help. Scott
