    All we need to do is google Palestine, and see how many times, the land they were on has had the borders changed, to their detriment and by other countries, without their permission. Sure Jews have been persecuted, but are they now taking it out on Palestine ?:cool:

    Sorry Steve. I just don't agree that Palestine is being bullied. They poke at Israel as much as Israel does them.

    After WWII the British divided Palestine into two areas. (which had been established after WWI when the Ottomans were defeated) One for the Palestinians and one for the Jews. The day after Israel was mandated a country several Muslim countries declared war and encouraged Muslims to leave the area but at the same time refused relocation into their countries. Conveniently, they have used this refugee status as propaganda ever since. They lost in 1949 and Egypt and Jordan annexed some of the Palestinian land to Israel. In 1967 the surrounding countries declared war, again, they lost, again. More land was given to Israel. That's the downside of trying to use war to solve your problems....if you don't win you don't have much say how land is divided.

    Technically there was never a "Palestine" to begin with. They have never been a recognized state. Neither Egypt or Jordan tried to establish a state there when under their control. Palestine wants complete destruction of Israel. They have turned down several peace offers and land offers. I can understand both sides. If someone came onto what I considered my land forcibly I would try to kill them, but if someone wanted nothing more than my complete destruction I would be moving in on their land with my superior military.
