Thanks JB. I saw that report. I had a pub in Norwich, and although Norwich is beautiful to visit, it is a nightmare to live in. My escape was to get out to Broadland, for the peace and quiet on the Broads. Lewisham being the worst place to live is not unexpected, because there aren't any Londoners living there any more. What surprised me was Maldon in Essex being included in the list, as I also had a very successful pub in Colchester. If anyone has half a mind to live in Maldon, they've probably got more in their head than the local population !!! There are a lot there with 6 digits on one hand, three eyes, and duelling banjos is the local anthem.
Yes Broadside, Norwich and the surrounding area lovely places, Spent a few holidays around Cromer, walked for miles, local ales most enjoyable. I noticed Liverpool was not on the list! surprise surprise regards JB
