Researching prior posts, is Dr. Munoz still the recommended dermatologist in town? Need a heat rash medication. Thanks

According to this it will clear up on its own if you keep it cool and clean. Any oil based creams will clog the sweat glands. (sounds like an excuse to walk around the house naked to me)

Thanks for the tip Wyre but my problem is that I go to the gym, sweat, then ride a bike home as the sun is frying me. Shower at least twice a day and change shirts at least 3 times a day. Still, the annual problem exists and time to seek a dermatologist.

Ah, well that will get you some heat rash. When I worked in the middle east (much hotter than here) I would soak some tshirts in water and then throw them in the fridge. Really helped kill the heat and take the rash away. Wish ya luck in finding a doctor.

Try "Fissan" Prickly Heat Powder. I buy it at Hypermart.
    Good luck.
