I have bought a total of 26 tickets with Cebu Pacific, this year alone, for both domestic and international flights. They were all inexpensive and ALL the flights left on time or early. Over the last five years I have only experienced a couple minor delays with them. Of course, it is a low-cost carrier so you can't expect great service but I am sure you can make the same complaints about any airline. Have you ever flown with Delta? I can run on all day about problems I had with them an I only flew with them twice. For example, on my return flight from Canada, the aircraft failed to arrive in town the night before (cancelled from New York) so there was no morning flight. They made no effort to contact me even though they had both my phone number and email address and they made no effort to reroute me on another flight. It took four hours in the airport just to get booked on the same flight to Manila the next day, causing me to miss my separately booked domestic light with Cebu Pacific. If you want poor service on your flight, try Air Canada! Those fat, old, ugly, arrogant flight attendants can really put you in your place, haha!

I've flown with them about 20 times total and only left on the scheduled time about 25 percent of the time. I don't complain about the extra charges as it is a budget airline, it's how they make money. I only have one carry on any given trip so I avoid most all extra charges. Their customer service is quite sh*t though.

Cebu Pacific may soon fly to Australia before the year ends...

They intend to fly to Melbourne through Avalon Airport (AVV) on a densely packed (read: 436 seat) A330-300...
