Welcome Princeton, you will find pleanty of rentails in that price range, We just got a peddy cab(english speaking driver) paid him 100 peso per hour and set off looking, we found what we wanted out past Robinsons shopping centre in on the SR.STO.NINO DRIVE out near the EL ORIENTE RESORT i see a few out here for rent, you will see the signs everywere.other places to look around are Hyper Mart and Daro. good luck, Tell us about yourself.

Thanks for the advice..I think the cab idea is the way to go..i have rented a bike but can barely find my way home so the places you mention are greek to me...lol. The places i will find will just have a phone number posted i suppose...so will require return trips to view them.

 

nice , dont be in a hurry their are good landlords n some from hell, go back at night n check out the loud music n dogs barking lol , only pay one month rent in advance and one month bond, if you need help pm me i dont do much theses days lol

Hi Princeton and Alex! I've stumbled on this forum while searching for apartments in Dumaguete. I will be moving there next week and haven't found a place yet. I emailed some brokers I found online but none has gotten back to me yet, same with my text messages, no reply to my queries or when I could call them. If you guys know of any place preferably near Foundation University, please post it here too. I am looking for a one bedroom or even a studio apartment. Thank you in advance.
