Has absolutely nothing to do with him being gay or not. Genrally speaking it comes from having oral sex with a woman. theres a few articles about it on the internet.
It seems about everything that is fun causes some sort of cancer. I think it's silly to go around being scared of cancer. Statistics can be misleading. Look at smoking. Non smokers get lung cancer at a rate of 7 out of 100,000 (99.993 chance of NOT getting cancer). Smokers are 22 times more likely to develop lung cancer......Smokers get cancer at a rate of 160 out of 100,000 (99.84 chance of NOT getting cancer). But none smoking advocates would rather just tell you you are "22 times more likely to get cancer" because it is more scary. Does a Church or pharmaceutical company finance some of the HPV cancer studies? I would be curious to know who is benefiting financially from the data.
Btw: Cooking food at high temperatures, for example*grilling*or*barbecuing*meats, can lead to the formation of minute quantities of many potent carcinogens that are comparable to those found in cigarette smoke. Hmm, should we eat raw/undercooked food?........could go on and on: just type "dangers of" and then name an activity/product on google and you'll see that pretty much anything you could possibly do/eat/drink/purchase could be potentially dangerous in some way. Welcome to the Nanny State where you must fear everything around you. Someone will do a study to scare the bejeezes out of ya. I personally believe moderation is key, although I'm guilty of gluttony myself and will likely pay the price for it......but hey, at least I'm having fun.
Nobody gets out of this world alive. I'd rather live my life how I like than do things I don't like just for the outside chance of squeezing in a couple more years. Why be miserable?
George Burns (American Comedian) " If I'd known I was going to live this long, I would of taken more care of myself!" He smoked cigars, even on stage and lived to be 99yrs old.
Must have been the cigars than kept him from living to 120. What a shame. And sadly, if he died from a smoking "related" disease he will still go on the statistics list of a smoking caused death.
