LOL, the lady that manages it is the biggest issue. The actual owner is a very nice guy, but he has little say in the matter. There are numerous brand new apartment complexes in Valencia, suggest you find one to stay in while you look around...

That's not research, that's dreaming. Don't worry about it. Just pack some stuff and hop on a flight. That's exactly what I did and never had a problem. I just asked all the questions after I got here. It's also hard to find a lot of answers over the internet because the internet barely exists here other than as a way to browse Facebook, play games and scam foreign dudes looking for Filipina's.

    Hi Bill,
What a luck I found your post here since I rarely come online these past months because of my busy schedule offline.
First of, I am looking for someone who might be interested in renting our house. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 2 salas, and fully furnished, and a garage. It is located in a safe and credible subdivision in the city. And, I also have my car and my motorbike available. My house will be available in July. If you are interested please let me know so we can discuss further.

My credit union is in California - OEFCU and I have them send me cash via western union. I just call them on the phone, tell them how much I need and where I am. They charge me $20.00 for any amount and it is here in a couple of hours. considering an ATM will cost you $5.00 for each 10K php, anything over $800 from your bank and you are saving money (at $20.00 a transfer)
