can't recall his name, but he is located next to vintage hotel in hall by wetmarket across in same hall with sewing dress shop and barber shop. will look for his name later.
Well i just want to know what u need to know about him. If his fairly reputable or not or fairly priced or not. And what do u need him for? You ask if anyone has used him here, but in what regards?
He did a deed of sale for a motorcycle for me. Prices were higher than the guy on the Blvd. Only spoke to him briefly, seemed like a nice guy (not that that matters when dealing with a lawyer). I would agree with NS. Really depends on what you were using him for.
For a DEED OF SALE for a motorbike, go to City hall, the Attorneys office, they do it quickly and well, and cheap.
I avoid government buildings like it's a plague here......rather deal with a lawyer even if it is a bit more expensive. I find lawyers more honest than government workers, and that ain't saying much.
3 bikes, 3 occasions, and 3 times at the same place, City Hall, Attorneys Office.... quick, perfect and cheap! Highly recommended. Attorney is great and in the backroom if any questions meet the Attorney General. Be nice, treat people well and you will be treated the same way! GOOD LUCK! When buying a house the realtor will tell the importance of LOCATION, LOCATION and LOCATION! When getting things done and we need help and succed it is about ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE and ATTITUDE! POSITIVE THAT IS.
Never had anything to worry about when dealing with Officials here, neither me nor my wife were ever asked for a bribe, not even hinted at, almost everytime we are treated the same as other Filipinos, on occasions we get a better service... Maybe it's the attitude one posses or simply respect that one shows that makes it possible... I feel sorry for people that have problems here, it sure makes it harder to have peace of mind...
