He took her in his condominium and "was paid" to have sex. Past tense so which mean they already had sex. Im talking about Kevol. He probably got caught in his car after they had sex in his condo.

Well if he was paid to have sex, I hope it was enough to cover his legal fees!

The 15 yr old girl was paid to have sex with Kevol lol. What's wrong with your eyes shadow? But true, well he came in the country on a special retirement visa as an investor I hope he doesn't get charge of a SPECIAL FEES.

they don't have derogatory records in their country so why do it here? Because of less chances getting caught? It's just ridiculous taking that risk and end up in jail.

It is ALLEGED that she was paid to have sex. The story written in the past tense means that it is ALLEGED that they already had sex. And if your opinion is that he "probably" got caught in his car after they had ALLEGEDLY had sex in his condo, well, it's only other people who assume anything; you, of course never do. These two stories of ALLEGED impropriety, concentrating on just two foreigners, are convenient diversions to take attention away from more sinister issues. On the same day that the story of the two foreigners broke, Filipino government officials have been implicated in the abuse, trafficking and prostitution of distressed OFWs in Jordan. Illegal recruitment agencies are run by Filipinos and traffic other Filipinos often to the Middle East, and with increasing regularity to Japan, where they end up in the flesh trade, their passports being confiscated by their Filipino minders. No mention of that issue. On the same day, Cordova, Consolacion, Talisay, Alegria, Dumanjug, Daanbantayan, and Balamban, along with Angeles, Puerto Galera and Davao, have all been identified as cyber-sex hotspots, Cordova in particular, where some Filipina mothers encouraged and even devised the choreography for their own children to perform on webcams. No mention of that story either. Nope. The OP saw fit to highlight a story of, as yet, unproven allegation against two foreigners, so one could rightly question the motive for posting such a story. The two foreigners may well be guilty, but that has not been proved yet. If it is proved beyond all reasonable doubt then they deserved to be punished by whatever the court sees fit, but we all know that set-ups, stings and over emphasized fabrication involving foreigners are common-place, a wallet full of pesos always being the ultimate smooth over remedy. In a country where acceptance of responsibility is rarer than hens teeth, and the blame culture says every error is the fault of someone else, it's very convenient to point a finger at a couple of foreigners, thereby deflecting attention away from home grown failures. What is often overlooked is that the buyers would have nothing to buy if the sellers didn't offer it for sale in the first place.

Dont you think I didn't know any of these? I used to live in Cebu remember? As a matter of fact, one family relative handles some of this cases but I'd keep that to myself.

Tourist just didn't know that some of these girls are actually nbi's ploys to catch a pedophile. Even Facebook in Philippines are already monitored in this sort of activities.

some of these women are actually real prostitutes, they are paid to work with the NBI to catch a criminal.
    Good luck to these 2.

It's very easy though, men should keep their d*ck in their pants and stay away from minors then there shouldn't be a problem. Why make it complicated?

One of the problems I see is that many of these girls lie about their age. If I meet a girl in a club in Cebu, and she says she is 20 why should a question that, the legal drinking age is 18 and anyone under that age should not even be in the club. But it happens all too often here. More so in dumaguete where you see freaking infants and toddlers in the club. That is horrible parenting. And i see foreigners and Filipino parents doing it.

I believe the nightclubs should take some responsibility in protecting their customers. Check IDs at the door. Anyone that looks under 25 should be checked. No ID/No Entry.

@broadise: I'll just let you go of your sarcasm today. Can't afford to have another thread to be closed again. But I hope you drop your attitude though.

Thats why if I was a guy to protect myself I'd ask for a valid ID to the girl that interests me i don't care if it sounds ridiculous but if you tell them your reason I'm sure they'd understand but ignorance of the law in the Philippines is not acceptable or an excuse.

i understand how you feel about these parents bringing their children in pubs, I, myself thinks its just bad parenting letting your kids see you getting drunk, these are irresponsible parents.

In a country where fake ID is blatantly advertised and sold across from a police station, what good does it really do to ask for ID?

Well, liability for one. Two, plausible deniability if it is a fake. (although that would likely hold ground here)
