Hello to every one i need your help !!!

Hey my name is Marjan and I'm from Macedonia (Europe) i have girl friend she is from Philippines she living near Bayawan City it's on same island with Dumaguete City i told her to get passport for her and few other documenst just to come in my country to visit me and she told me ok when i asked her how much will cost for all of that procedure she told me that maybe about 15 000 pessos and i sent money to her she took some documents like police clearence, barangay clearence, NSO i think it is document for birthday,Cedeula, and she told me that after all this documents what she took from institution there she has now just 7 000 pessos and i told her to go to Dumaguete and to ask how much will cost to get passport and she told me that 7 000 pessos they are not enought for passport but she don't told me how much will cost to take passport in Dumaguete. Well i would like to ask you guys do you know to tell me how much will cost each of these documents what i told you that my girlfriend she took and how much willcost to take passport and also how long time she must to wait to take each documents separate pls give me answer of this my question i want to know do she lie me or not because i am really surprise we speak 4 years once at week on fb camera and all the time when she will go to internet coming her mother with her and every thing was ok normal conversation but this thing i can't understand and pls tell me how far is Dumaguete from Bayawan City traveling by bus and how much will cost ticket in one way from Dumaguete to Bayawan or two ways and also pls tell me if i want to rent some hotel room or private house room there in Dumeguete or Bayawan how much will cost per one week and per one month because i want to visit her soon there in Philiippine and to see what is true and what is lie in this my story because i don't wanna to spend my money for nothing . Also can you tell me to have in Dumaguete some agency who can help to my girlfriend to take these documents ? I hope some pople who know something about this my story will tell me something aslo people who living in Dumaguete they will answer me of this my question and pls also if you know to tell me there in dumaguete is any DHL company who is same like post office but faster more then from regular post office and is expenzive to sent one letter to China or not because my girlfriend she must to sent few documents to Macedonian embassy to China to get visa for my country.

Sorry to say, you have some issues to work out. All documentation to get a passport (NSO, CEDULA, police clearance etc., all cost in the neighborhood of P200 each), and to get the passport itself will run in the neighborhood of P3000 ALL total. It currently cannot be fully processed in Dumaguete, but that may change in the near future as DFA is in the process of opening an office in Robinson's mall. I would recommend she contact Orient Wind at Hayahay, they will make sure her documents are in order and set her an appointment in Cebu. This way she will be in and out of the Cebu DFA In an hour or two, otherwise she will have to line up early in the morning, and may or may not get done that day. This trip should cost her no more than P2000 or so. Another option is to go to Bacolod but that is a 7 hour bus ride one way, and no guarantee she will get it done in one day. ANY way she does it it will not cost anywhere near P15,000, and could easily be done for less than half that.

Bayawan is 90 km from Dumaguete, about P100 by non AirCon bus, P150 by AC bus, one way.

DHL does service this area, as does LBC and Fedex.

You may wish to inquire further before you send this girl any more money, it appears obvious she is scamming you;

guys thanks for your answer of my question i will think good what i will do with this girl but in the future i will stay far from her only just as friends from now nothing more with her but i will ask you guys would you like to tell me how long time need to get all that documents each other documents separate and how long time will pass to get passport ? Also would you like to sent me some link of some hotels from Dumaguete and from Bayawan City who are cheapest just to see what hotel how much will ask per night for rent because i want to ask my girlfriend some questions with any meanings just to see she will lie me or not about that and if she continue to lie me i will stop any contact with her forever i hope some of you will sent some links and will answer me of my question.

 

Police clearance and Cedula can be gotten in one day easily, at a cost of less than P300 or so for both. NSO documents cost P150 each, or they can be ordered online for P350 (e-Census Home Page). It takes a few days to get them. Passport will cost a total of less than P2000, and will take 3-6 weeks to get it (First-time Applicants).

Dumaguete has MANY new hotels in the P800-P1000 range (These are not cheapest, these are NEW hotels, cheaper one do not usually have websites).

the passport alone is P1,200 with an agent doing it so around P2,000

 

there is a DFA office in Bacolod City lopques East I found it easier did a 1 day round trip all done, waited 14 days p/port delivered to the agent next to Dumaguete immigration

 

sorry to say but some I say some of the girls on the internet are working it, my first attempt did it to me, OMG the different excuses she come up with.
