Would anyone happen to have Attorney Dorado's phone number,email or even know if he has a web site? I need his info so i can get my deed/title to my property their and i'am currently in the US and i wont be out their untill a couple more months. Thanks for any help i appreciate it..
Why not you find some one here in USA if you need a general help.Because you have find some general idea that what to do and how to do and some time they also know that what are the laws for other countries.They also have links with the lawyer in the other countries.
Umm, no on all accounts. Ask my X wife how it worked for her when she hired a Chinese lawyer (living in the Philippines) for a US divorce. My lawyer destroyed them and their demands, in the end she got exactly what I offered and not a penny more. He was completely unable to deal with me and my attitude, let alone my lawyers. Completely worthless to pay a lawyer who legally cannot represent you in the country where the case is taking place. Lawyers in the US are extremely unlikely to be able to "link" you to a good lawyer here....at least not any better than you are capable of doing on google yourself.
haha reminds me of my x wifes atny here, had him spitting chips over a table with my atny next to me trying to calm it down lol, she told him that I said he was greedy because he got her to sign a 25% contract, he hoped to get 25% of my assets, my reply to him was, I said no I told her you were greedy but if the cap fits wear it.
My lawyer was a snake of a divorce lawyer. I don't think the Chinese guy had ever dealt with a US divorce lawyer before. And that goes to my point above, I don't think any US (or any other country) lawyer could begin the understand the system here, and would lose simply because of the "connections" and bribery aspect of going to court here.
