I checked out the One International School in Dauin in preparation for enrolling my boy in September. They follow the English school curriculum and also include Tagalog and Visayan in the studies. It is apparently guided by the International School in Fort Bonifacio. My boy will start off in their Turtle Tots section which will be a 9am to 12:30 session.
Wondering if any other forum members are sending their children to this school? I know Mike F. is but don't know of any others.

There are more "International Schools" in the Philippines than in the rest of the world i dare say and only 1 or 2 may be accredited Internationally.. International means more expensive than other private schools while teaching the public school curriculum.

Perhaps for some schools. Do you have actual experience on this subject or just voicing your opinion?

This is a good example of a response that has nothing to do with the question I asked on the thread, and probably zero creditability with the bs response the op gave.

Any more info on the school? Teachers certifications, class sizes, schools accreditation, ages or grades taught, tuition? Web site?

Scott, may I suggest you talk to the school about your personal situation - child age, expectations, etc. My boy is the youngest one to be enrolled so my info was centered in that direction. I do not want to quote prices on the forum as the school is not an advertiser and not sure if it would be appropriate as they have prices for the Turtle Tots as well as the older kids program. They have an August summer school program prior to the Sept regular schedule.

Maybe my opinion but a good question might be certifications and accreditation and what is the link between them and an "International" school in Fort Bonifacio>

no DepEd accreditation.doubt they are actually accredited teacher, however, they are longnoses and each longnose with a little bit love for children teaches better than any local teacher As of now, I think it should not be called school. maybe in a few years, the idea is certainly ok, but at present it is a kindergarten with western caretaker teaching a bit what can be taught in that age.

English curriculum, certainly needed here.. at least helps them to learn early that it is totally OK to drive on the left side.
