    Yes, smells like scams to me. Bacolod NFP agencies and the local gumshoes have been very industrious...and financially receptive....to this sort of thing last couple years....they can smell dollars. Bonkers beware....the maids all know the law and how to benefit from it.....even falsely...
    Personally, if and when we live there permanently....no maids...not worth the salary, theft issues, scamming, and increased running costs as per government decrees. We do it ourselves here - and I'm sure can manage it there ourselves too...
