Chiropractics and Quality of Dr Pardis

I must disagree with the negative posts on this forum. I first met Dr Pardis in 2003 living in Cebu. he was the only game in town and certainly knows his stuff. Anyone with experience visiting chiropractors, you will know that sometimes the adjustment requires several attempts. If you feel discomfort after the treatment, you must open your mouth and advise the dr. Sometimes you may need to come back for the relief, because once adjusted sometimes their is no more room to adjust.

Pain is derived from either pinched nerves by misalinged spinal, pelvic or shoulder bones pinching the nerve.

Inflamed muscles are also often the culprit that does not allow for any more relieve, until you get the inflamed muscles to relax.

Ice, Stretching and core strength are the key to recovery.

I have seen more than 20 Chiropractors in the last 15 years and I can assure anyone, Dr Pardis is skilled and has your best interests in mind. I am now in Manila and wish he was available in the event I need more support.

Bottom line, though.. a 100 peso solution??? really? for the cost of a taxi ride down the block?

no offense to the described dr, and I suppose you could get a good treatment, however that seems a bit low for someone trained in Chiropractics..

in my experience you get what you pay for.. you can hire someone to secure you wireless network for 100 pesos, but the chance of security holes and stability issues are high. 'guess what business i am in."

that is just my 2 pesos

Bradley, you omitted an introduction. Nevertheless, another excellent chiropractor you can try in your area is Dr. Jameson Uy, Jollibee Bldg, Ortigas Center. I have had multiple treatments with both Dr. Pardis and Dr. Uy and found Dr. Uy to be a magnitude of 10 better than Dr. Pardis, who I have heard is not retired.

There is only one school of Chiropractic in South Korea at Hanseo University established in 1997 graduating students initially in 2002 and offering a 5 year double degree program versus the 7-8 year American requirement.

Well I've been using Dr Mike here in Dumaguete for my last 3 visits (pinched Nerve) And I'm feeling great. He even took care of my wife's neck problems and she says its never felt this good.

I was on my way to go to cebu but luckly found DR Mike. I was NOT looking forward to that 4 1/2 hour ride.

Sorry Kung, Dr. Mike is in the U.S. and not returning this month. You can try Dr. Jim at Ayala Mall basement. Hope you get better.
