When the famous health and fitness guru..

Jack Lalanne was asked what are the two most important rules of healthy eating he had learned in his long life, he said: 1) If man has touched eat, don't eat it and 2) if it tastes real good, spit it out.

Alot of truth in those I think.

Jack Lalanne has eaten better food than you will ever be able to afford in your life. He was used for commercials and became very rich
when selling JUICE machine during infra commercials. His knowledge about food and veggies was ZERO!
Wonder how many JUICERS are to be found in kitchen cabinets all over the world....90% was barely ever used. To clean those Juicers you need to hire cleaning personel. What a joke!

    1) Probably
    2) Maybe, but he was around loooooong before he sold his own juice machine, and did quite well.
    3) I doubt that statement very much. Anyone who lives to be 96 years old and is extremely healthy all of those years has to know something about nutrition and food!
    4) Maybe so
    5) Some are a pain to clean, but not all. There are even some easy and safe shortcuts for cleaning some, believe it or not. The Jack Lalanne Juicer is also very easy to clean and takes about 15 minutes to clean including disassembly, and that is if you are slow, and hand wash everything. If you are quick it takes about 5 minutes to disassemble, rinse, and place the cleanable components in a dishwasher. I know. I used to own one.

A juicer, like any kitchen "gadget", has a novelty factor. When new, most people use them, but get tired of cleaning and cutting the fruits and veggies that go into them before the juicing process can begin. It's not the juicers fault. It is just human nature - most people have little self-discipline and are lazy.

quite true, use to love to juice orange juice and apple together, carrot juice and a touch of beetroot or as some call it silverbeet was very nice but the cleaning what a pain.
