Probaby some kind of bureacratic requirement I've worked in government agencies. They usually hold these things because they have to according to regulations. What is accomplished is often very little.
Are you an American and know what SSA is, or are you trust doing your best but failing to be relevant? Don't be so grouchy.
I have a strong feeling that guy is a reincarnation of a previously banned member.......if not he is certainly heading in that same direction.
The outreach they had in DGT was great for us, got our daughter registered for part of her citizenship process etc. Glad they could do it. First time I can recall having any dealing with the government that did not cost us anything. People were friendly and helpful. Scott
