    LSVE............Long Term Visa Extension.....Now available only in Manila untill further notice.....Enables Visa required ex pats....to obtain a visa extension up to 6 months at about 13,000P good up to 24 months...no more long lines...and every 2 month visits.... once implemented at all immigration offices....

    I think this has been available for awhile now in Manila. Would be nice if they extended it out to all the BI branches now.

    just updated my visa, the ladies at the counter were a bit gob smacked when I told them about the p13k

    I'm not sure why they would be, about the same prices as three two month extensions.

    I have sent them a request on if I need to pay for the I-card again. I JUST paid for one in the beginning of August. We are still talking about that and it won't be solved till Monday when they open. So my costs may be lower.

    I see they won't be missing out on those "express" fees. I'll be doing this visa on my next return either way. A step in the right direction. They could really simplify things if they offered 1, 3, 6 and 12 month tourist visas. I believe Cambodia currently does something similar to that.
