Second time you use that word and you still believe that it is about me, but I am used to this kind of attitude, I just keep on learning and by that get "smugger" with time, that's the way we were intended to live, to perfect ourself in order to go the sensible way of sustainability...
You don’t need to be a communist to care about consumption and the environment. Just like you don’t need to be a schizophrenic to post in here . However, it is a little simplified to get mad at SUVs. Especially in a place like Dumaguete where there are good reasons to drive one. Personally, not that you care but nevertheless, I accept that man is not prone to long-term thinking (particularly evident in Philippines) and that my consumption patters do not matter even one tiny bit. Thus, I try to consume in a responsible manner solely to be able to look myself in the mirror i.e. for purely selfish motives.
