Has anyone had to have a chair re-upholstered here? I have a loveseat (vinyl) that has succumbed to the environment , and maybe oil from our skin? Anyway, this thing either needs to go to the dump or be re-upholstered. I would like to get it re-covered, but just not sure where to begin. I do see lots of upholstery shops around town, but am hoping someone here can steer me in the right direction and save me some time. Thanks!! :D

I know of someone who had a vinyl couch recovered, or at least part of it, after a dog shredded one arm of it. I think they said that the place that did it was by the bridge, near all the places that sell bamboo. Sorry, but I don't know the name of the place or better directions than that. I saw the before and after and the vinyl was an exact match. You couldn't tell it had been repaired.

Thanks!! Those are just about as good as directions get here!! I will definitely look them up! Going to shoot for cloth this time, the vinyl has just not done well at all! We have a vinyl recliner that needs done, too, but think it might be more challenging.

I believe I had my motorcycle seat recovered at the same shop Knowdafish is speaking of. They do a good job. Many of my friends have had their bikes seats done as well.

Directions: I'm not so good at but I'll try to get you closer.

If you know the road where the main police station and qualphone entrance is at take that one way to until you are forced to either go down to the river or turn left to go to the road the market is on (also where some of the Jeepneys going to Valencia wait at). As soon as you take a left the place is the second or 3rd shop on the right. It's a small place with a bunch of seat covers hanging outside.
