LW&T Update: I finally got a notarized Last Will and Testament. I elected to go to the Dgte Legal Office, rather than a private attorney. The city office charges 1000p if you bring in the document and 3000p if you require their assistance writing it. Note: The Philippines Gov't has a forms website you can access and download the form and modify it. I found out because of some confusion there are two types of Wills here. A hand written and a typed or print out version. The hand written does not have to be notarized to be official but you can have it notarized to make certain there would not be any problems. In both versions you must have 3 witnesses sign each page and appear in front of the city attorney with their ID's. You also need a copy of your Philippines Gov't issued ID such as drivers license, visa, Phil health card. You do not include anything in your spouse-only properties such as lot, house, car if they are in the spouse's name only. I dropped off a copy and went over it with my bank manager, this was my primary reason for creating the LW&T. If anyone has questions or needs help, let me know.
