I petitioned for my fiance to go to the States. Petition was approved, now we want to schedule her interview at the U.S. Embassy in Manila. Before doing that, however, we have to pay the interview fee. The embassy's web site says to print off a receipt form (at their site at: Apply for a U.S. Visa | Receipt for Payment ). So, we print off the form and take it to BOTH the local branches of BPI and tried to make the deposit. Both places told us the form is the wrong one and please go to the government's web site and print off the correct form. I've spent a couple of hours trying to find a different form. If it's there, it is very well hidden. I've sent messages to the embassy, but doubt they will respond. Or, if they do, they'll just refer us to the same web site!!

Perhaps some of you have used local talent (attorneys or travel agents) in this phase of the process?? Recommendations? Suggestions?

That is the correct form, it must be printed on long bond paper. My wife has made the payment for several of our clients using that exact form at the BPI across from Scooby's, and never had a problem. Perhaps you are clicking the wrong visa type on the machine?
