We have a stray dog problem in the Melrose area, in a 400meter walk to the store i counted 9 dogs wandering around on the street . Most are mangie muts covered in sores and dont seem to be cared for at all. I have tried to find the correct department on duma city hall link but no phone number. Can anyone help ? cheers my mum could spell but i took after my dad

The office is near EJ Blanco and the North Hwy. I believe. It would be on the east side and just north of the intersection. Do you know where the Norient Milk place is ? It's by that place.
