Complaining does work from a foreigner, why don’t the locals do their part ????

Some of you may have noticed a very large orange dump truck parked on the Nat Hwy outside a shop & across from the Mangnao Elementary School, about 900 mtrs South of Rob Mall, I have struggled to negotiate past it every morning for about a week or more when dropping of the Bro of my Asawa, so I went into the shop and asked who owned the truck, answer the owner is in Cebu but it was linked to the shop, I politely asked a worker to pass on my message to the boss, that was not yet on duty, the message being move the truck by this afternoon or I will get the LTO to remove it, as it blocks half the road and is a serious traffic hazard and a major danger to students.

Wala !!!! the truck was gone by late afternoon.
