    Did they find a solution for the flooding problem that was a major problem in the past? I stayed there for our first 3 months after arriving in Dumaguete back in 99", I remember that the snorkeling on the "House Reef" was quite good despite it being that close to the City...

    Are the rooms there for rent ? Does anyone have their cell number ?
    Looking for short rent, January and Febuary 2014. Budget 20k pesos one or two bedrooms, fully furnished, BB, TV. Etc.

    Went there yesterday for lunch. The place was spotless, food was decent and reasonable. What I liked the most though was the quiet (except for the sounds of the ocean haha) and nice scenery. Will go back again for sure.
