This is good to know, but although the Thieve/Thieves would most likely be caught on camera They'd be long gone by the time the Authorities arrived, and in the case of Dumaguete? not sure I'd wanna stick around long enough even if the Cops did arrive......Guess it would be interesting to see what would happen if You did enter Your pin number backwards at an ATM there in Duma.. With My luck it would suck the card in and not give it back.....cheers
