Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Lawyer??

Are you sure, you mean an Agent? Sounds like you have the Real Estate Found already, I tend to think What, you are looking for, is a Real Estate Lawyer to Complete your Purchase, Not too many totally Honest ones around. Non I would pass you on too.

Old Adage here, that seems to be prevalent!! " Buyer Beware"

What does knowing more about the OP have to do with the quality of the answers he should expect?

He could list a bunch of false info, how would anyone know what was fact and what wasn't ?
