The following notice, with a timely reminder, was passed to me this morning by the British Embassy Manila, so that I could bring it to the attention of all those for whom it is relevant. It strikes me as odd, that Dumaguete City is not mentioned in the list of "Field Offices" at the bottom of the page...

 

you can't get a ECC in Dumaguete anymore since late 2012

Worthwhile Understanding!

In the British Military, there is a part of the English Language, that is used by the High and most of the Commissioned Ranks, Together with most Politicians.
It would appear that, the PI Immigration, have some understanding of this and have got hold of a Dictionary, of this part, of the English language. It is Called, talking GOBBLEDYGOOK.
