I believe that's moved to San Juan street, across from Emcor... Look for WWWExpress. Websites list it's old location on Silliman Ave, so you should disregard that. Note I haven't been there personally, but my girlfriend visited them recently when I was preparing a package to ship here with DHL. They did manage to deliver the package intact, directly to our door, which is about all you can hope for
I am not too sure if DHL are actually operating now in Dumaguete but LBC have got their act together. a little more recently, I used them from Capital front in November and it was only, a 5 day job, for it to get to the UK Pretty good by anyone's standards, I thought. A tad costly but it had to be done.
i've had good luck with LBC also. i recently sent a document to panamá with LBC and they handed it off to DHL in the states and DHL delivered it in p'má... now i'm expecting a package from p'má via DHL and i'm wondering if LBC will deliver? you just never know about this stuff...
