Doorknob strikeplate concrete guy needed

Hello, I'm looking for someone who can replace a doorknob strikeplate set in concrete jamb. The existing screws are rusted (not stripped tho). The new strikeplate has same spacing for screws, same size, etc. But the existing strikeplate is ever so slightly out of align with new knob, when closed fully the bolt just will not click into place inside the existing strikeplate hole.
