We use the Filipino shop in the Rapid Creek Business Village, but it take awhile for things to get to Dumaguete. Some boxes are wet on arrival.

You can look up Elvie Parker who runs a box service. She will pick up and send for around the $170 mark...yes expensive, but this is DARWIN and other states are way cheaper.....like $50 less! Freight still goes to Sydney then back up again to Manila....makes no sense

We also use The local Forex agent $165 from memory. Nice bloke. He will drop off a carton and pickup when ready. He barcodes all boxes so that you can at least TRACK it. Will post the number(s) for any other Darwinites who send to Negros.

Once INPEX has finished the gas pipeline we will become the gateway to asia and everyone will be looking at us as their preferred shipping port. I have been working in and out of the INPEX project both land and sea and can see how enormous this will make to Darwin and its lifestyle.... (Sorry...this is in reference to the people of Darwin as they will know what I mean...)

I will post the numbers for you a little later if you like for Elvie Parker and the Forex Agent for your future reference if you wish to go ahead and send with them.

    Ninja.

Sorry...I was trying to get it from someone else, lost his number...

The persons' name is Ian...lovely guy. You can contact him on 0407 338 547. He will drop off a box, you may have to put down a deposit, and will pickup when YOUR ready. Wifey says dont use the Asian Sari Sari store...they are useless and cannot track your consignment. Ian is much better.....

    Good luck!
