Hi we are moving from Cebu to Dumaguete next week. Have spent the last week in Dumaguete and enjoyed the place and the people a lot. Was eating in Ralph's Restobar every day, really great food. Met more expats in this week than in the whole year in Cebu. Larry, Ralph, Uwe, John, Michael and many others I can't remember the names anymore but I guess I will meet them there again If anybody knows a house or larger apartment with Internet for short-term or long-term rent please let me know. I saw a few places but Internet was shitty or non-existent. I stayed in the Dmgte Spring resort and Internet was ok in the morning at least. They had a long antenna on their roof, download was 1Mbps down and 0.4 up on lucky hours which is fine for me. Place for rent should be outside the city, close to the beach. Cheers Pete

I'll let it slide for now, but the cost of listing rentals is only P2,000 per year.
