Wrong Forum I think? Considering you are in a Mayoral, Non Smoking and non Girly Bar city, I doubt either, a Hookah or Hooker bar is ever likely to get off the ground! I don't think you're getting what I meant.. And I don't know if you are familiar with HOOKAH not HOOKER.. Hookah or Shisha is a middle eatern way of smoking water-based and flavoured tobacco.
