I am anti-war and hope the world stays somewhat stable and peaceful. So the Russians take Crimea, no big deal, their Black Sea Naval Base is already there. The U.S. takes over Cuba and calls it even Steven. If you agree, vote for me in 2016.
PatO, the US and Russians are not the only players at the table. How about every nuclear power gets to annex something just to keep the playing field level?
