I have 2 friends that drove back from Cebu immigration today, now they are stranded in Bato, the Coast Guard shut down Maayo shipping due to storm warnings. it's all calm there except the pissed off passengers.....
as far as I know they are still stuck there. looks like the storm fizzeled out, so hope the boats start running soon.
