i gearing up to build a compost tea brewer and i'm looking for a store that has a good selection of aquarium pumps and accessories. recommendations anyone? thanks... norm : ))~
Handyman in Robinsons mall, Matiao hardware, the pet/fisch shop a few buildings north of the BPI bank on the Northroad close to Perdices.
thanks mokum... the pet/fisch shop pulled up stakes and got lost in the smog. Handyman in Robinsons mall had some pumps but i didn't see any accessories and i totally forgot to ask at Matiao hardware when i was there tho i've never seen aquarium stuff there but you know how merchandize is displayed in these parts (garden seeds in a dress shop : ) however... i did get what i needed at a place called Gerson's Pet Shop, located on locsin, on the corner one block towards the mountain from the police station and i'm happily brewing away. looks like Gerson's has been around for awhile, tiny little store bulging at the seams, merchandise piled up on the floor, just enuf room for one average sized foreigner with size 10 feet to stand up straight. another filipino experience... norm : ))~
Yeah I know this Gerson's but prefer the other pet/fish shop. I doubt they pulled stakes as you call it. They're hidde4n between Kymco motors and a vulcanishing shop close to the BPI bank.
Motorcycle shop and a vulcanizing shop? Hell, that could be anywhere. Let me guess, across the street is a pawn shop.
Did they have sand filter pumps too? Looking for something for a fish pond I can simply backwash once in a while.
Here wise guy, read before you comment! the pet/fisch shop a few buildings north of the BPI bank on the Northroad close to Perdices.
I apologize, your directions were fine. This wasn't directed at the specifics of your post, just a failed delivery of a joke. There has been a meme going through this forum about the number of pawn shops, motorcycle shops, banks and other businesses in this town. So, when I came across your post, I saw that you mentioned the trifecta: a vulcanizing shop, a motorcyle shop and a bank.
Nice word 'trifecta". Did you spell it right? It's not in my dictionairy. What do's it excactly means?
