Hiya Wrye, hope the headaches are gone.
What is regular, well according to my Doc, everybody's different, so some go twice a day others once a day, some every other day! But facts are, it's what you eat, eg; eggs, rice, bannanas can make you constipated, were as some fruits can give you the runs.( Just like some eateries can also give you the runs!) Personally, Spaghetti Bolognese, if with too much tomatoes has an affect on me! I eat most stuff but always in moderation it works for me. Cheers mate, Tanduay in moderation buddy.

the hairs around his private turn blue
the hole in the middle refuses to piddle

I never eat prepossessed food and drink very little soda. Eat lots of fruit and yogurt. And drink 1.5 liters of water a day.

I dont eat fried food on a regular basses.

It's just my system has slowed down. This is quite common as we age.

Just thought it would help someone that is struggling with it. It is better then taking meds. Or over the counter stuff to do the job.

WILL YOU ENTER BUY THE NARROW GATE? THAT IS THE REAL QUESTION.

Yes, do all that myself….happy to eat my wife's diet at every opportunity….boiled salmon veggies soup last night…But still Type 2 (technically type1.5 considering dead thyroid - auto-immune issues etc…)…That said as long as I eat LESS, eat a FILIPINO diet (as in a poor Filipino - which my wife was - so we never eat the baked goods and the other rubbish - lots of veggies and a bit of meat or fish)…and my blood glucose numbers are pretty d*mn good. Lot to be said for said for some aspects of the Filipino diet….It's the up-market sector suffering from the diabetes and other health issues. Back to basics….Really the only the viable choice...

I've found that not eating white rice at every meal helps a lot as does taking a good quality multi-vitamin. Regular exercise and drinking enough water helps quite a bit too.

    "Up market sector" Garbonzo.
By that I trust you mean, those in good jobs, who from what I have seen eat loads of Pork (the fatter the better) and sweet deserts full of sugar or condensed milk! Quite a lot of Filipino males here suffer diabetes, take their tablets and expect nothing will happen! I presume that goes the same elsewhere.
