    That's means that it was a featured thread but the featured status has expired. It doesn't have any effect on the thread other than it not being featured and shown in the slider on the top of certain pages any longer. Currently, threads that are automatically featured by the forum software keep that status for 2 weeks (or until 20 other threads have been featured afterwards).
