Hi Jack, Mocum, who replied above, lives further up the mountain, in Silab - so it takes him longer to reach Dumaguete. The lot is located on Silab Rd., which about 50 mt. beyond the 22 km marker. I drive it in my surplus 4X4 to Duma regularly, and if you do not drive during 'rush hour', it's only 30/31 minutes. I don't go over 50kph in my Easy-ride...Don
