I'm saddened to post that Joe has passed away and his body lies unclaimed at Eterna funeral home. Anybody that might know more about him please contact Eterna or the embassy.

Supposedly his "girl friend" knows about this, but is unwilling, or financially unprepared to do anything about it. He was one of our neighbors in the subdivision where we used to live in Bacong. Supposedly he was a writer, but I never met him or even saw him.
