was downtown lees plaza shopping this afternoon. saw few white folks around 3-4pm at mcdos..didnt look like tourists but were rude as *** didnt say "hi" to a fellow whiteman or even acknowledge.. saw a 40+ white guy in a crazy green sports shirt with a girl about 13 was swaying and could barely stand up..obviously on something... interesting Monday.
If most filipino had trucks and boats they could charge entrance to watch the chaos as they tried to put their boats in the water. I would gladly pay 200 pesos just to watch on a holiday weekend boat launching.
