There are 10 units in total, five on the ground floor and five on the second floor. Four units have already been rented out. Still available are two 2-bedroom units (P10,000 per month) and four 1-bedroom units (P7,500 per month). Standard terms: two months deposit, one month advance.

Floors are tiled. Living room, kitchen, and bedroom are equipped with cabinets.

It's right across Gimik, so it's walking distance to the North Airport Road where you can grab a pedicab or multicab to the main campus, the university hospital, or the marine lab.

The units are unfurnished, so no aircon units. But there are provisions for airconditioning already.
