It is called many things all over the world I know but for us Brits it is called Armistice day. The Ending of the Great War. At the Eleventh Hour, on the Eleventh Day of the Eleventh Month, the Armistice was Signed to End this tragic event. The nearest Sunday after is called Remembrance Sunday. So many lives lost and so many to Remember, Although, less and less each year. As with many things in this rotten world, people just either don't want to Remember or have no feeling as to how they are here, alive today. Remembering the loss of So many from countries all over the Globe in 2 World Wars, should never be Forgotten. No matter what others think, This Old Airman will raise a glass to them at 7 pm this evening. I would normally join "Broadside" in this, outside the Restaurant it has been done at for some years. Unfortunately contact has been lost of late and I have to Admit, My Personal Agenda seemed to take over However, I will do it at home and take the Salute as best I can observing the 2 minuet silence and I hope, Former Military men or those that still care will join me in Spirit, if not in person.
