Health tip that has been a life saver for me.

As we age our elimination sys. Slows down and we need a little help. For the last two years i have been looking for a cure. I have tried huge amounts of yogurt, epsomsalts, yuk!!!! Herbs, pinapple and on and on. But only one has worked, and worked well.

Take a handful of raisins ( i buy them at yanyan store 1k for 249 or so)and soak them in a couple inches of water overnight and then drink them first thing the next morning. Sever cases might do it again in the evening.

Hope this helps the traffic jam.

I guess with most desirable side effects for most, but with longtime use you may get health hazards...

Coffee and chocolate goes right through me. Take a little too much vitamin C and your body will purge it.

Beer always seemed to keep me pretty regular, where I am currently working beer is not easy to come by so I can notice a difference in my "schedule".

Can you define "regular"? For me it is entirely dependant on what country I am in. Whatever seems to be what tends to be that standard on the daily basis is what I determine regular for that specific place. The Philippines and the US are on almost opposite sides of the spectrum. My personal belief if that processed foods makes thing a bit "tougher" and the more natural foods I eat here tend to soften things up. I think the Philippines is certainly more natural, although growing up in the US doesn't mean it feels normal or regular.

Just curious, do you eat or drink a lot of prepackaged foods and drinks? Not much that I put in my body here comes pre-made. Tanduay (along with the coke), instant coffee and the occasional package used to make the fried chicken are the only thing s I'm aware of I eat with any preservatives in them.
