I am guessing your Dauin lot has small beachfront. 15-20m max, am I correct? Make it 1,200 per sq for the Dauin lot. It's a large, thin lot. Or split the lot, and charge higher price for the beachlot, and much less price for the back lot. Then repost. Maybe then some people, including me may be interested.

 

Honestly, they are wayyyyyy too expensive.

Yah! i personally believe it is. :( Well, who knows, it might live up to its price. hehe..:D Anyways, these are among the few others that my family has been dealing. I best recommend that if you may have time, try to call them through the contact numbers that i have posted. Probably, they have something that you are looking for and are definetely NEGOTIABLE!!!

PS. not to be biased, my parents are good, honest, and well-respected folks in Dumaguete and i would stake my reputation here in dumguete.info if they are not. hehe..
