    Hi all

    I have a friend in Manila that has asked me to get some Sylvanas for her when I get to Dumaguete . She saw a programme on TV that said the best ones are made there. Are the Sylvanas from San Rival the best or is there other places to get them. Thanks in advance for your advice.
