An agent of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) was shot while he, along with 3 BI agents were about to serve a Warrant of Deportation against Rudolf Wilhelm Stolz, a fugitive German national included in the INTERPOL Red Notice. This incident happened on March 03, 2016 at about 12:40 in the afternoon at Sitio Sugod, Brgy. Manocmanoc, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan. The suspect resisted arrest and shot BI Agent, hitting him on his upper right chest. The BI Agent, critically wounded, was rushed to an undisclosed hospital. More great reporting. It does say he was on Boracay.....not exactly sure where he is going to run to or hide at. If you're a fugitive it's kinda stupid to hang around on a small island. Nowhere to go when law enforcement starts closing in on ya.

Well, apparently he was smart enough of a criminal to have made enough money during his career to retire in Boracay......something I certainly wouldn't be able to do for very long. (But then again, nobody has ever said I was all that smart either. ) Never mind, I take that back. He isn't all that smart.....look before you jump. lol
